Property Owners

As property owners you can secure a "Hold Harmless Agreement" for each tenant to sign prior to check in. This agreement releases any liability to you as the owner of property and or owner's manager.

As your Rental property manager we will hold all security deposits and pet deposits (if any) until assessment and inspection of property. We are also licensed in the state of Georgia as a professional REALTOR®. Please see more on services page.

Your Responsibility as a Property Owner will be to:

2. Have photos of your property (interior and exterior etc.)
3. Info on rates, deposits and cleaning fees
4. Compensate Lanier Vacation Rentals.Com Property Manager a 25% (may vary) manager fee of the total amount of rent from each renter, not including cleaning fee. All other maintenance services will be totally separate charges and only as needed and approved
